The Pastor in Charge of Province, Lagos Province 12 will be clocking 60 on the 7th of February 2021 and celebrating it in acknowledgement of God’s faithfulness over his life and ministry having being saved from his Muslim background to know the Lord as far back as early 80’s and keeping him in Christ up till this moment with various testimonies to attest to the fact that God has indeed been gracious to him. ‘God has not saved me alone, He has saved members of my family’; he said during one of his addresses to the congregation.
Presiding over the affairs of Lagos Province 12, he has been a pace setter, go-getter, and a giver with the true calling of a Pastor who cares for those around him. As a supporter of natural groups which the Men’s Fellowship is part of, he has been a member in words and deeds, a partner in kingdom business and a leader who leads from the front. His leadership style is exemplary, excellent and inspirational. Whatever project or programme that gets his approval also gets his supports spiritually, financially and physically, and with consistent follow-up up until the successful delivery of the assignment. He is a highly respectful leader who shows respect for constituted authorities and age.
In commemoration of this grace bestowed on him, Pastor Olaniyan told the congregation that one thing which God had laid in his heart to do is to build a worship centre for Him and this he has done by the grace of God. He has within the space of four months started and completed the building of a worship centre for the Lord at Oshin Village in Ogun State and handed it over to Province 15 of The Redeemed Christian Church of God.
In celebration of this wonderful son of the Most High, a thanksgiving event was held in His honour where he launched some books to bless humanity.
